This is too brief and much too vague. Start with a thesis statement and show how you mean to develop your topic.
I think you will probably have more than enough material without getting into fan fiction.

Topic: Gender Roles in The Lord of the Rings
Introduction: I will introduce my topic by summarizing the different roles the female characters take on in The Lord of the Rings, including traditional female roles, as well as the roles of warrior, villain, motivator, and leader.
Thesis: Females in The Lord of the Rings are strong, powerful, and influential characters.
Page 1–2: I will give a brief history of women in literature before Tolkien’s time that must have influenced his writing. I will introduce the feminist criticisms Tolkien received and make it known that I will be proving these critics wrong. I will be examining letters of Tolkien that show his view of women, as well as his wife.
Page 3: Hobbit Women Rosie Cotton’s influence on Sam’s journey according to Tolkien.
Page 3 and 4: Entwives Their influence on the Ents.
Page 5: Shelob
Her masculine characteristics and guarding Mordor.
Page 6 and 7: The character of Galadriel More influence than her husband in the books. Her powers of the mind. Symbolism in Galadriel’s nature.
Page 8 and 9: Arwen (warrior and influence on Aragorn) Her strength in the decision to leave her father and live a mortal life.
Page 10–11: Eowyn Internal struggle In battle defeats the Nazgul(a man could not have done this). Not controlled by the Ring. Tolkien shows how women can overcome the limits that are placed on them by society. Take that critics!!!!
